Fish Level Start and Character!

This sprint was the biggest one yet! We added the fish animations, character, stage selection, static fish level, and tutorial! Due to adding so many things, there are multiple bugs. Our next goal will be to polish new UI screens and add more options such as a pause/options screen to pop up when you want to return to the title. Luckily what we have now works on the controller and keyboard! We also need to polish more the tutorial to include everything the game has to offer! We also have to finalize online coding, while the artist and sound designer will continue to the turtle character.
